With over 30 years in the construction industry and a background as a Health and Safety Manager, Andrew brings invaluable frontline insight into workplace dynamics. As a mentor in mental health and addiction, his personal journey fuels a passion for early intervention and creating supportive, stigma-free environments.

Andrew is known for his no-nonsense, face-to-face presentations that cut through the noise. His honest, hard-hitting delivery resonates with audiences—especially in male-dominated or high-pressure industries—sparking real conversations about mental health, substance use, and the need for cultural change. Backed by lived experience and professional understanding, Andrew creates space for others to reflect, relate, and take action before crisis hits.

Nikki Libera – Co-Founder

Nikki brings a deep understanding of the pressures that can affect mental health in the workplace. Having supported teams through complex challenges—and drawing on her own lived experience—she has developed a practical, compassionate approach to leadership and wellbeing.
